Activia,

For a bloated belly, what do you recommend?

No wheat?
Give Activia longer?
Serten exercises?

I seem to have a bloated belly all the time, its so bloated that some of my jeans just dont fit the same or some skirts. I have always been a size 8 (UK)  and i really dont want to be getting size 10's, lucky im not at that point just yet but close.

What can i do??

What to eat ?

Have you tried dried fruits - I don't mean the usual things like raisins but some of the more exotic ones, i've been enjoying dried mango quite a bit recently. It gives me the sweet fix that i'm looking for but it also better for me too...and of course there's always a pot of Activia, perhaps something like caramel Intensely Creamy. Its less than 3% fat so arguably a better choice than chocolate!

Top tip for relaxing whilst also exercising the mind

Susannah I tried this one yesterday! I loved putting the two cups of milk and tablespoons of honey into the bath, there was something very satisfying about it.
Lists are my saving grace for seeing and understanding what is in my head. Also getting it out so that I don't have to hold it all in my head! Good one :-)

Flabby tummy!

Your tummy is one of the key parts of your body that, when it looks good, makes you feel great! Run in a park, start with a gentle jog for 2 minutes, break into a run for 2 minutes, then sprint for a minute! Repeat this routine for as long as possible and devise a playlist that makes you feel good on your iPod. Great songs for girls when running are things like 'She's So Lovely' by Scouting for Girls, these kind of songs make you feel so feminine! Also, surprisingly, once you wake up and before you go to sleep, massage your tummy! It makes it feel toned and helps the straightening and flattening. And don't forget to pull in! smile good luck xx

Getting up and getting out there!

Sometimes when I think 'yeah, I have to exercise' I'll get really excited and stuff, but once it comes to it I think 'ugh, i cant be bothered' I really something to keep me at it and I HAVE to shape up since I'm going away with my school and I don't want to look drab! How can I become motivated??

I think that panel shows are hilarious! There's dry comedy and just palin, side-splitting genius! Things like: Would I Lie To You, Have I Got News For You, QI, Mock The Week, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Shooting Stars.
